As Co-President, Ryan heads RF&L’s investment strategy and financial planning. He is a Registered Advisor Representative and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
Ryan excels at putting structure around complex problems, then developing successful strategies using financial data and analytics. However, he also understands that investing can be an emotional rollercoaster and prides himself on being a reliable partner that puts perspective around both the highs and lows. He works with a variety of successful individuals, families, companies, and charitable organizations.
Ryan joined RF&L from Deloitte Consulting in 2016, where he led consulting teams advising on Finance and Strategy. Before Deloitte Consulting, he worked at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in the company’s CFO advisory practice. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
With two young girls and a wife with a very fast-paced career of her own, most of his time outside of work is focused on family. He enjoys golfing, traveling to the mountains, and triathlons.
As Co-President, Andrew is a Registered Advisor Representative and leads RF&L’s compliance program.
Andrew enjoys working with clients to learn the intricacies of their lives to help them meet and exceed financial and personal goals. He understands that accomplishing financial freedom can be a bumpy ride, but it can also be one of the most satisfying achievements. He enjoys educating clients with academic research and analytics, but also incorporates individual preferences and objectives.
As RF&L’s Chief Compliance Officer, Andrew engages with trusted external vendors to remain up to date in the constantly changing field and administers RF&L’s compliance program.
Andrew joined RF&L from William Morris Endeavor Talent Agency (WME) in 2015. He was a Director of Research in New York and Los Angeles, where he worked with agents and clients to leverage consumer behavior across media platforms using actionable data and analysis. He has an undergraduate degree from Boston University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami and is a licensed non-practicing attorney.
Andrew loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys exercise, travel, and a relaxing multi-course meal.
Rodney Hass is a Registered Advisor Representative and founding member of RF&L Wealth Management. He has more than 17 years of experience managing investments for clients.
Rodney began practicing as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1975. After 13 years as a sole practitioner, he merged his firm and became a founding Partner of Goloboy and Hass, PC in 1988. In 2002 he merged with Robert Finnegan & Lynah, PC. Rodney was a Partner at Robert Finnegan & Lynah until 2011, when the firm merged with Marcum LLP. Rodney continued practicing for 2 additional years at Marcum LLP. As a CPA, Rodney focused on tax strategies for individuals, families and institutions. He is now focusing exclusively on wealth management and utilizes his background to manage taxes associated with RF&L’s investment strategy.
Rodney believes in modern portfolio theory and uses its principles as he manages investments for clients. He firmly believes that utilizing low fee funds, managing transaction costs, and minimizing taxes are all vital components to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Rodney graduated from Bryant College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He remains a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS).
